Robotic Arms

To automate a manual workflow, a robotic arm can emerge as thebe part of the ideal solution. It can effortlessly handles various tasks, ranging from precise transportation of specific racks in a predefined sequence to executing essential movements required for sample preparation.

To determine the ideal robotic arm for your needs, we carefully analyze the workflow, visualizing each step and identifying the arm's necessary capabilities. Intrigued to learn more about our process? Feel free to click here for further details.

Cooperating in your workflow

Cohesive Environment

The movement freedom of robotic arms allow for easy integration with other laboratory equipment, like shakers, incubators and balances. By utilizing the modular nature of these robots, we can create a cohesive environment where different devices work together seamlessly, streamlining workflows and maximizing overall efficiency in the laboratory.

To achieve this, we attentively listen to your needs. By visualizing your workflow and offering expert consulting, we strive to provide you with the ideal solution that unlocks a perfectly harmonious laboratory environment. Our goal is to understand your requirements thoroughly and tailor an application that aligns seamlessly with your unique laboratory setup, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity.

Three / Four axes

The PreciseFlex SCARA Robots

The PreciseFlex SCARA Robots, designed for precise material handling and assembly in diverse industries. With three or four axes, the PreciseFlex robots deliver exceptional performance and versatility.

Equipped with powerful motion control capabilities, including the advanced Guidance Controller and high-performance servo motors with absolute encoders, these robots enable efficient programming, reduced cycle times, and optimized station-to-station motions.

The novel design and powerful controller enable PreciseFlex Robots to reach multiple different designs of racks or even stacks of labware, which need not be directly in-line with the robots’ base. This allows system developers to make the most effective use of their work area, reducing the space requirements of the cell.

Five / six axes

DENSO 5 & 6-axis robots

DENSO has the widest range of small 5 – and 6-axis robots and includes the VP, VS and VM series.

Due to their low weight of 13 to 85kg, applications can be constructed with minimal design requirements. Exceptionally high speeds and high precision and repeatability, make these robots the work horses of sample handling applications. All DENSO 6-axis robot series offer in the arm fully integrated pneumatic and electrical lines. The latest VS series is even available with integrated communication interface in the robot flange so that vision systems or sensors can be mounted to the tool without external wiring that can entangle with its surroundings.

Perfect Co-Worker

Collaborative Robot without Shielding

Universal robot arms make it easy and affordable to automate your production process. The lightweight robots can be moved easily around your production area, and the simple user interface make it easy to make small adjustments to function and position. They also offer unparalleled performance in precision handling, flexibility, and payload.

The UR5 and the UR10 robots can handle payloads of up to 5 and 10 kilos respectively.

With Universal Robots it is easy to develop applications that can run without shielding. A thorough risk assessment must however always be made.By using the collaborative robotic arms in a laboratory environment, we are able to built very flexible and safe automation solutions, without the need for excessive safety features, working against the open nature of our automation solutions.

We take everything to account

Which Robot Arm suits your Application?

Our applications are customized to meet your specific requirements. We take into account the demands you have for your application.

For instance, if the robotic arm needs to work with hazardous substances, we can implement additional safety requirements. Similarly, if the robot needs to operate in a space where air quality is important, certain arms are more suitable than others.

It is essential to understand that we select robot arms not only based on their features but also based on the environment in which they will be placed. Not every arm is identical in functionality and possibilities.
