Step 4: Rigorous Testing

Our testing regimen includes application tests, subsystem tests, data tests, as well as continuity, reliability, and interference tests. These tests validate that the product not only meets our stringent standards but also aligns with your specific requirements. Once we are confident in the system's performance, we invite you to participate in a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT). 

During the FAT, we demonstrate the entire process under controlled "factory conditions," providing a transparent view of the assembled system, the implemented workflows, and the performance in accordance with the User Requirement Specifications (URS). This collaborative testing phase allows us to address any concerns or fine-tune the system to meet your expectations. Upon successful completion of the FAT, the system is deemed ready for transport. 

After installation at your site, we proceed to the Site Acceptance Test (SAT). The SAT protocol revisits the FAT test parameters but is conducted in your specific laboratory environment. This allows us to test the system under real conditions, including the use of reagents and interactions with your Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and other infrastructure. The SAT ensures that the system seamlessly integrates into your existing workflow and performs flawlessly in your unique laboratory setting.
