We are looking for a hardworking, smart and over achieving Sales Engineer with proven experience and a passion for selling laboratory automation solutions. As a sales engineer, you’ll combine technical knowledge with sales skills. You’ll split your time between the office and visiting clients.

Your day-to-day tasks are:

  • establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
  • calculating client quotations, negotiating tender and contract terms
  • offering after-sales support services
  • coordinating sales projects
  • supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
  • providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
  • helping in the design of custom-made products

Your background:

  • you have completed HBO/HTS
  • proven sales experience
  • fluent in Dutch and English, additional languages are a plus
  • you don’t hate driving

  • sound judgement and good business sense

  • the ability to build relationships with clients quickly
